This is a proven solution to your audience’s nerve-racking problems/frustrations.

The best offer framework I’ve seen is Alex Hormozi’s $100 Million Offers.

He said: “An offer so good people feel stupid saying no.”

🟡 Good email deliverability

Think of this like the postman.

A good postman does a great job of delivering mails to the intended recipients.

A terrible postman does this:

  • Lose the mails (akin to emails not delivered)
  • Deliver to the wrong address (bounces)
  • Accidentally spill coffee or step on your mail -> dirty & crappy envelope -> recipient: “This is a shady mail” -> tears apart (akin to emails going to spam)
  • When he arrives outside your house, instead of putting your mail in the mailbox…

He plays “Michael Jordan” & “shoots” your mail to land amongst the fallen leaves in your garden (akin to emails landing in Gmail’s Promo Tab)

The point is:

You can have the yummiest offer, copy, & score a perfect 10 on everything else…

But if no one receives your email -> nobody knows about your offer -> ZERO sales.

🟡 Competency/Authority

You show this in 2 ways:

1/ Case studies, testimonials, brands you’ve worked with/featured in

2/ Sharing helpful & actionable advice for free

🟡 Trustworthiness

Show this in 2 ways:

1/ Constantly show up & share your expertise

Online, people are warier than ever.

Folks think, “Are the case studies & testi even real?”

By showing up every day, you show you’re in this for the long run & not a hit-n-run scammer.

2/ Be likable & relatable

Share failures, struggles, and fears too.

Not only the wins & the rosy stuff.

Even Elon Musk has struggles.

If you only share wins all the time, you’re not authentic & relatable.

🟡 Good email copy that SELLS

Write intriguing emails that aren’t only “engaging” – but more importantly – sell.

Engaging = get ego-boosting “nice email” replies = akin to getting likes on social.

But likes ain’t cash (h/t @OneJKMolina)

Engaging alone won’t sell shit.
